It all started when…

WCM - (Previously known as Wessex Catering Maintenance) has been dedicated to giving our Customers outstanding Catering and Electrical Maintenance lead by our trained engineering workforce. We have been providing a service to the Catering Industry for over 20 years in which during this time we have built a relationship with our large client base offering both Catering and Electrical Maintenance and installation projects.

OUR WORKFORCE 

All of our engineers are employed by us to ensure that our clients get the quality of service we strive to provide. We ensure that all our maintenance engineers are trained by the Manufacturers to enable us to give customers the highest possible standard of work consistently. All engineers carry a vast range of van stock to allow us to first fix equipment whilst on site. We have a group of Supervisors across the country to ensure that service targets are at 100% every month. We have engineers located and covering London, South East England, South West England, Northern England, Eastern England and many areas of the Midlands.

CLIENTS 

We have a wide range of clients operating in different areas of the Food and Catering Sector from Fast Food to major Restaurant and Pub Chains. We understand the need for your catering equipment to be in working condition and the demands you and needs of each client. This is why we work with our clients to firstly ensure we will get the machine operational, then we will pass on any advice to the sites to ensure we can help keep your equipment running, ultimately saving our clients on unwanted costs related to breakdowns and replacement.
